What happens if your flight is delayed?

If the same flight lands late

For airport arrivals, the 60 complimentary waiting minutes start from the flight's actual landing time, not the original scheduled time. The team checks arrival details manually where flight information is available; this is not a promise of fully automated flight tracking.

Keep the phone number supplied at booking reachable once you land. If the airport or airline updates your arrival information, a short WhatsApp message helps the team coordinate your chauffeur and meeting point.

If your flight number or itinerary changes

Tell Merge promptly if you are rebooked, diverted or arriving on a different flight. Include your booking reference, new flight number and expected arrival. A change to the flight number may not be visible to a driver checking the original flight.

Do not assume a new terminal or arrival date has been automatically applied to your booking. Wait for the team to confirm the updated pickup plan. If you cannot travel, the booking policy explains how disruption and cancellation are reviewed.

If you are delayed after landing

Immigration, baggage and customs time count within the 60-minute arrival allowance. After it, extra waiting is S$15 per started 15 minutes, subject to the published hourly-hire threshold. If you expect a long delay inside the terminal, message the team early so you can discuss the options.
