When the waiting clock starts
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes from actual landing. Departures and point-to-point journeys include 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Those are different starting points, so check which service you selected.
Once the included period is used, additional waiting is S$15 for each 15 minutes started. For example, one to 15 chargeable minutes costs S$15; 16 to 30 costs S$30. The published policy says that after chargeable waiting exceeds 45 actual minutes, the booking converts to the selected vehicle's hourly rate and minimum hours.
Other charges to know about
A scheduled pickup in the 23:00–05:59 Singapore-time window attracts one S$15 late-night charge per booking. A child seat is S$15 per seat. A route-accepted extra stop is S$15 per stop; the team must validate that the stop fits the booked route.
ERP road charges are included in the quoted fare and are not billed separately. The published airport fare also includes the Changi airport surcharge and car park fees. The booking form shows applicable selectable extras before you pay; additional waiting depends on what actually happens during the journey.
Avoiding surprises
Be ready at the agreed pickup point, and let the team know promptly if a flight, baggage collection or meeting schedule changes. If a route or waiting situation becomes unusual, ask for the updated arrangement before proceeding. The booking policy is the definitive reference for charges and cancellations.
