Private group transport for 10 to 40 guests
When a group travels in taxis, people get split up, bags do not fit and someone always arrives late. A private minibus or coach keeps the whole group in one vehicle with one chauffeur and one fixed fare. Merge plans the vehicle around your headcount and your luggage, so nobody is squeezed in and nothing is left behind.

The fare is per vehicle, not per person. A full 45-seater coach on a transfer in Singapore works out to about S$5.00 per guest, and a full 23-seater minibus about S$10.00.

Published extras: Meet & Greet in the Changi arrival hall is S$25. Pickups from 23:00–05:59 carry a one-time S$15 late-night charge. Each extra pickup or drop-off is S$20. Group transport questions
How much does it cost to hire a coach in Singapore?
With Merge, a 45-seater coach is a fixed S$200 for a point-to-point transfer in Singapore and S$220 for a Changi Airport arrival. Hourly coach hire is S$150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. The fare is per vehicle, not per person, so a full coach of 40 works out to about S$5.00 each.
Should I book a minibus or a coach?
Count your guests and bags. The Mercedes Sprinter fits 10 guests with 15 bags, the 23-seater minibus is recommended for 15 guests with 15 bags, and the 45-seater coach is recommended for 40 guests with 30 bags. If you are between two sizes, tell us your luggage and we will confirm the right fit before you pay.
Can you move more than 40 people?
Yes. We run several vehicles on one schedule, for example two coaches for a conference or a coach plus a Sprinter for guests with extra luggage. Share your headcount and timings and we will plan the vehicles for you.
Is there a minimum booking for group transport?
Point-to-point transfers and airport transfers have no hourly minimum. Hourly hire has a minimum of 6 hours for the Sprinter and 4 hours for the minibus and coach.
What if the group's flight is delayed?
For Changi arrivals, 60 minutes of waiting is included from the actual landing time. A verified flight delay is not treated as a cancellation. Keep us updated on WhatsApp and we adjust the pickup.
Do you invoice companies for group transport?
Yes. Corporate accounts with consolidated invoicing are available on approval, so one invoice can cover every vehicle for an event or a month of trips.
