You can pay online through our secure checkout. Your fare is shown before you pay, including applicable surcharges. The checkout page displays the payment methods currently available to you.
Paying by cash
Cash is not available in the instant online booking flow. If you need to arrange a cash journey, contact our team first. It is only a booking once our team has confirmed it with you; payment is due after the completed trip.
Card security
Card payments are handled on a secure hosted checkout page. Merge never sees or stores your card number. Your fare is confirmed before you are charged, and all surcharges are shown before you confirm.
Charges and cancellations
