With Meet & Greet, the chauffeur meets you in the arrival hall with your name displayed, helps with luggage and escorts you to the vehicle. This is usually the easier option for a first visit, a family with children, or someone arriving with several bags.
Provide the correct flight number and arrival terminal when booking. After landing, follow the arrival and baggage signs, and check the pickup instructions sent for your booking. Terminal layouts and meeting arrangements can change, so use the agreed instructions rather than relying on an old online map.
Driveway pickup
Driveway pickup suits travellers who prefer to proceed directly to the vehicle. The team coordinates the exact terminal pickup point with you. Keep your phone reachable after arrival and do not walk to a different driveway without telling the team.
The two pickup modes have different vehicle rates. Select the correct one in the booking form and review the fare before payment.
What to check before travel
Confirm your flight number, terminal, pickup mode and contact number. If your terminal or flight changes, message Merge as soon as you know.
